Structural Glass
Thermally broken frameless structural high performance glass enables architects to push the boundaries of design without compromising the performance. IQ's patented Invisio® glazing system is designed to be finished framelessly completely concealed by building finishes. The inhouse technical team designed and installed a cantilevered floating glass box with glass to glass for the ultimate frameless appearance. The floating glass box has been used as a film location for commercial advertisements.
minimal windows Sliding Glass Doors & Windows
Industry leading ultra slim sliding glass doors and windows by Keller minimal windows UK are installed insitu and showcase the slim profiles of the frames with flush threshold detail. You can experience automated double-height vertical sash window and sliding glass doors as soon as you approach the 6.5m tall glazed facade.
Heated Glass
The glass innovation corner at Sky House comprises of heated glass typically specified for dedicated wellbeing spaces including pools, spas and gyms to prevent misting and to preserve views out. The heated glass is installed in situ for visitors to see and feel. The transparency of the metal oxide coated glass radiates heat through the conduction of low voltage electricity.
